travel north america mexico jalisco puerto vallarta birra chanfay

Birra Chanfay was the first stop on our food crawl of Old Town Puerto Vallarta with Vallarta Eats.
The place consisted of a food cart on the street and a nice shaded patio that they had rented behind the stand and between the buildings.
Their specialty was a beef broth that they both sold as a broth and used to dip their taco tortillas in.
This broth was excellent and added a beautiful crispness to the doubled tortillas on their pork tacos.
This was probably my favorite taco of the six or so we sampled that day.
Some of the group also had a liver and heart taco which they said was good too.
